Michael C. Bell, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.O.A.

Dr. Michael C. Bell is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native who earned his undergraduate degree at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He completed his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, his internship at Mercy Hospital and his otolaryngology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Eye and Ear Hospital, all in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

 

Dr. Bell began his Sewickley area practice as an associate of John F. Moyer, M.D. He then partnered with various prominent otorhinolaryngologists (ENT - Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists), before co-founding the well-known practice of Bell, Froman, Orsini & Associates in 1983.

Dr. Bell became board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1972. He was elected a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1976 and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy in 1990.

 

Dr. Bell has senior staff privileges at Heritage Valley Health System-Beaver, Heritage Valley Health System - Sewickley, Ohio Valley General Hospital, Ellwood City Hospital, Kindred Hospital of Pittsburgh, Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Eye and Ear Hospital. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is active in the Pennsylvania and Beaver County Medical Societies and Community Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in his specialty of ear, nose and throat disorders.

 

Dr. Bell practices all aspects of otolaryngology (medical management of diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses and throat), otolaryngic allergy and is an in-office provider of hearing aids through Associated Hearing Aid Services, L.P. Stephen M. Froman, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.O.A

Dr. Stephen M. Froman, a native of New York City, New York, attended the University of Michigan and City College of New York for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He received his medical degree at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed a rotating internship at Crozier-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania. Dr. Froman completed a two year residency in general surgery at Hahneman and his otolaryngology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Eye and Ear Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

 

Dr. Froman joined Dr. John F. Moyer and Dr. Michael C. Bell in practice in 1980. The practice later became Bell, Froman, Orsini & Associates. He became board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1981, and was elected a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1982 and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy in 1993.

 

Dr. Froman is on the medical staff at Heritage Valley Health System - Sewickley, Heritage Valley Health System - Beaver, Ohio Valley General Hospital, Ellwood City Hospital, Kindred Hospital of Pittsburgh and Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley Health System. He has been active in both the Pennsylvania and Beaver County Medical Societies, serving as President of the Beaver County Medical Society from 2002 - 2004. He is also member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and Community Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and currently serves as a Governor on the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

 

Dr. Froman practices all aspects of adult and pediatric otolaryngology (the medical and surgical management of diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses and throat and related neck structures, including thyroid and sleep apnea surgeries), and has a strong interest in the management of allergies. His office also offers hearing and dizziness evaluations and testing. Doctors of Audiology with Associated Hearing Aid Services, L.P., are available in the office to fit hearing aids under his supervision. Michael A. Orsini, M.D., F.A.C.S. 

Dr. Michael A. Orsini, a native of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, attended Penn State University for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree at Penn State Hershey College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. Dr. Orsini was an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

 

Dr. Orsini joined Doctors John F. Moyer, Michael C. Bell and Stephen M. Froman in practice in 1983. The practice later became Bell, Froman, Orsini & Associates. Dr. Orsini became board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1984, and was elected a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1985.

Mary Kendall Rago, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Mary Kendall Rago is a native of St. Louis, Missouri who attended Cornell University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for her medical degree, did her surgical internship at the University of Virginia, and completed her otolaryngology residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

 

Dr. Rago worked for the Ochsner Clinic of Baton Rouge in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Louisiana State University-Earl K. Long Hospital while she lived in Louisiana. She joined Bell, Froman, Orsini & Associates in 2008. Dr. Rago was board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1989 and was elected to be a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1993.

 

Dr. Rago is on the medical staff at Heritage Valley Health System - Beaver, Heritage Valley Health System - Sewickley, Ohio Valley General Hospital, Ellwood City Hospital, Kindred Hospital of Pittsburgh and Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley Health System. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Beaver County Medical Societies as well as the American Medical Association, and the Community Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Rago is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She also works with the Catholic Charities Free Medical Clinic of Pittsburgh.
